Synopsis

Ucup, a 13 year old teenager has the talent and ability to play badminton. In his village, Ucup has always been a badminton champion. With the help of Jaya, a friend of his father's, Ucup goes to Jakarta to pursue his dream of becoming a national badminton athlete. Ucup lives with Jaya and his wife. Jaya's wife doesn't like Ucup's presence at their house. Jaya promised Ucup could enter one of the big badminton clubs because Jaya admitted that he had many acquaintances in the badminton field. Jaya escorted Ucup to the front of the badminton club, Ucup immediately entered to take part in the selection. Ucup was forced to go home disappointed because he was refused to take part in the selection, Ucup did not bring a letter of recommendation. Ucup did not give up, he tried to show his ability in front of Pak Bagas, the owner of the badminton club. Seeing Ucup's determination, Pak Bagas gave Ucup a chance by competing against Chandra and Marsha, coaches at the club.
