Syamsul (Dude Harlino) is a 20 years old boy, determined to study at a Islamic boarding school in Kediri, leaving his fairly comfortable life. There he met with Zizi (Meyda Sefira), the daughter of the boarding school owner, that he once helped whens she was mugged on the train, that incident gets them closer.At the boarding school, Syamsul was expelled for allegedly stealing due to slander from his own best friend Burhan (Boy Hamzah).  Because his own family did not believe in him, that was the last straw that makes Syamsul really becomes a real pickpocket.In the midst of chaos and darkness of his life God provides a way for him to repent and met him  with Sylvie (Asmirandah) a virtuous girl. Will Syamsul found true love with Syilvie or Zizi?
